These are new (built in 2017), modern, two-story four-person mini-apartments on the shore of the Curonian Lagoon.
There are recreation areas and parking spaces in the yard.

Each apartment has:

Internet, TV;
Kitchen (with all the equipment for cooking);
Cozy living room;
Bedrooms on the second floor with access to balconies;
Shower, WC, heated floors;
Plenty of space to store things;
Bedding, towels,
Excellent microclimate, two-way access to the yard.

1 minute walk to the Curonian Lagoon embankment, shops. The town is quiet and tidy. You can take the bus to Nida or Smiltynė every day. Orders are accepted all year round. The minimum stay is 2 days during the off-season and 4 days during the high season.
